To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn

  • Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sunglasses (for hygiene reasons, unless damaged)

3. How to Initiate a Return

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

4. Return Pickup & Shipping

 

  • Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup where available

  • If reverse pickup is not serviceable, you may be asked to ship the product to us

  • Return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount unless the return is due to our error

 

5. Refund Process

 

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item

 

6. Exchange & Store Credit Policy

 

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

  • If the requested item is unavailable, you may opt for a store credit instead of a refund

  • Store credit will be issued to your registered account/email and can be used on future purchases at Curation House

  • Store credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash

  • Only one exchange or store credit issuance is permitted per order

 

7. Order Cancellation

 

  • Orders can be cancelled only before shipment

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled

 

8. Delayed or Missing Refunds

 

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account or payment provider

  • Contact your bank or payment gateway
